While we maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee removal from every platform. Each platform has its own policies and procedures that may change. We are transparent about removal likelihood before you engage our services.
If we are unable to remove or de-index a specific record included in your service agreement, we offer a full refund for that item. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of service commencement.
You agree to provide accurate information about your case and identity. You authorize us to submit removal and de-indexing requests on your behalf. You understand that removal timelines vary by platform.
All client information and engagement details are kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose client relationships or case details to any third party without your explicit written consent.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
